摘要
Due to historical reasons, in the past, Tibetan language education in Chamdo （situatedat the east of the Tibet Autonomous Region） is underdeveloped when compared to central areas in the TAR, such as Lhasa, Shigatse, and Lhoka. After the third plenary session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, Tibetan language education has since been rejuvenated.
