优质抗稻瘟病水稻三系不育系“赣莲A”的选育 被引量:6

Breeding of CMS Line“Ganlian A”with Good Quality and Blast Resistance in Rice

摘要 发展杂交稻的关键在于不育系的选择,目前生产实践上的抗病优质的不育系数量较少。本研究中的"赣莲A"是利用优质抗稻瘟病保持系"赣早B"与抗稻瘟病保持系"赣香B"杂交,通过多代优选辅以分子标记选择,用"赣早A"测交并转育成的抗稻瘟病、米质优、配合力好、异交率高的新不育系。2016年7月通过了江西省农作物品种审定委员会组织的专家技术鉴定。"赣莲A"有利于组配出抗稻瘟病、优质的杂交组合,具有良好的应用前景。 Breeding sterile line was the key to development of hybrid rice, but at present there were few disease-resistant and good quality sterile lines applied in production practice. Ganlian A in our study was derived from the cross of maintainer line Ganzao B with good grain quality and blast resistance and maintainer line Ganxiang B with blast resistance, through multiple generation optimization cooperate with molecular assisted selection, then test crossed to Ganzao A for transferring into a new CMS line with blast resistance, good grain quality, high combining ability and high outcrossing rate. In 2016, it was technically identified by Jiangxi Provincial Crop Variety Appraisal Committee. Ganlian A might be conducive to developing new hybrid rice combinations with rice blast resistance and good quality, and showed a promising prospect of application.
