摘要 白色毛木耳新品种"玉木耳"是由毛木耳白色变异菌株经过系统选育而获得的优良菌株,从接种到出耳45~55 d,子实体胶质,耳状或盘状,耳片小时边缘弧形,成熟后边缘波浪形。鲜耳乳白色至纯白色,表面光滑有明显光泽,略透明。耳片直径2~12 cm,厚度0.1~0.2 cm。干耳背面浅黄白色,覆面淡黄色,背面白色短绒毛,褶皱少至没有,复水后恢复乳白色至纯白色。区域试验:2011-2012年区域试验平均产量86.9 kg/千袋(干),比对照品种毛木耳差异不显著;2012-2013年区域试验平均产量91.2 kg/千袋(干),比对照品种毛木耳差异不显著。生产试验:2013-2014年生产试验平均产量91.0 kg/千袋(干);2014-2015年生产试验平均产量91.1 kg/千袋(干),两年平均比对照品种毛木耳差异不显著。 New wh ite Auricularia cornea Ehrenb "white wood ear"is an excellent strain that is obtained by systematic breeding for heteromorphosis Auricularia cornea Ehrenb.. From vaccination to ear, it takes 45-55 days with ear or discoid colloi porocarps, and the edge is arc when the fruit is small, posterior border is like wave after maturity. Also, the fresh ear is milky white or pure white with smooth, shiny and lightly transparent surface, and the ear diameter is 2-12 cm with the thickness of 0.1-0.2 cm. The back of dry ear is light yellow with short white naps and there is almost no few folds, and the cladding is light yellow. The creamy white recover to white after rewatering. The regional trials: the average output was 86.9 kg per thousand bag(dry ears) in 2011-2012 years,and there was no significant difference in contrast to Auricularia cornea Ehrenb., then the average output was 91.2 kg per thousand bags(dry ears) in 2012-2013 years, of which there was still no significant difference in contrast to Auricularia cornea Ehrenb.. Production test: the average production yield was 91.0 kg per thousand bags(dry ears)in 2013-2014 years, then the average production yield was 91.1 kg per thousand bags(dry ears) in 2014-2015 years.The white wood ears had no significant difference with Auricularia cornea Ehrenb. in two years.
