摘要
用NaCl作熔盐介质制备镁橄榄石质多孔材料,研究了NaCl含量(质量分数)的不同以及烧结温度的变化对镁橄榄石多孔材料的性能的影响,并借助灰色系统理论研究了不同NaCl含量以及不同烧成温度下材料的气孔特性参数变化与导热系数值变化的关联性大小。结果表明:相同烧成温度、不同熔盐含量时,多孔材料的导热能力与材料内部气孔孔径在0.47~4.70μm范围内的数量关联度最大;不同烧成温度、相同熔盐含量时,孔径分布在大于47μm之间的气孔数量对多孔材料的导热能力关联度最大。
Forsterite porous materials were prepared with NaCl as a molten salt medium. The influences of different NaC1 contents (Mass fraction) and ruing temperatures on the properties of forsterite porous materials were studied. And, the correlation between the pore characteristics and the thermal conductivity of the materials at different NaCl contents and ftring temperatures was investigated based on the gray system theory. The results show that the grey relational degree between the thermal conductivity and the pore size distribution of 0.47-4.70 μm is greater than that between the thermal conductivity and the other pore size distributions when the samples are sintered at 1 150 ℃ at different NaCI contents. The correlation coefficient between the thermal conductivity and the pore size distribution of 〉47.0 μm is the maximum when the samples with the same content of NaC1 are sintered at different temperatures.
