摘要
案例教学是各类专业学位研究生课程教学过程中非常重要的环节和方式,但如何进行专业学位研究生课程案例教学,理论界并没有一个统一的认识,实践中也是各显神通。基于MPA、MBA有关课程研究性案例教学的实践探索,提出"六位一体"研究性案例教学模式,即把鲜活案例采集、课程实践调查、鲜活案例撰写、案例研究成果课堂讨论分享、课程研究性作业和课程考试等六种教学过程和目标融合到研究性案例教学过程中的一种新型研究性案例教学模式。其中"课程实践调查、案例研究成果课堂讨论分享、课程作业和课程考试"是所有专业学位研究生课程教学的基本内容和要求,"鲜活案例采集、鲜活案例撰写"是根据"六位一体"研究性案例教学模式的需要而增加的教学内容。"六位一体"研究性案例教学模式把这六个方面的教学内容联动和融合起来,其中课程考试是其他教学的最终目标,也是它们持续有效进行的动力源,这样,这六种教学过程形成一个相互联系和支持的完整的研究性案例教学整体。
Case teaching is a very important part and form in training application-oriented postgraduates of different disciplines.However,there is no unified understanding of how to carry out case teaching in postgraduate training.Based on MPA and MBA teaching practice of certain courses,a"Six-in-One"research-oriented case method is proposed.This method integrates six teaching procedures and the corresponding teaching aims.The procedures include case collection,practical investigation,case compilation,class discussion and sharing of the results of case studies,research-oriented assignments,and curriculum examinations.The last procedure is the final goal of the others and also offers the driving force for the whole teaching process.
