对进行手术治疗的卵巢囊肿患者实施细节护理的效果研究

Effect of detail nursing care for the ovarian cysts patients accepted surgery treatment

目的 :探讨对进行手术治疗的卵巢囊肿患者实施细节护理的效果。方法 :选取2015年12月至2016年12月期间青白江区人民医院收治的96例卵巢囊肿患者作为研究对象。根据这些患者入院的先后顺序将其分为甲组(n=48)和乙组(n=48)。对两组患者均进行手术治疗和常规护理。在此基础上,对乙组患者进行细节护理。然后观察两组患者并发症的发生情况及对护理服务的满意度。结果:乙组患者并发症的发生率低于甲组患者(P<0.05),其对护理服务的总满意率高于甲组患者(P<0.05)。结论 :对进行手术治疗的卵巢囊肿患者实施细节护理可降低其并发症的发生率,提高其对护理服务的满意度。

Objective： To study effect of detail nursing care for the ovarian cysts patients accepted surgery treatment. Methods： Select 96 cases of ovarian cysts patients treated in The People＇ s Hospital of Qingbaijiang District during December 2015 to December 2016 for research object. According the time of admission ,we divide the cases to group A （ n=48 ） and group B （ n=48 ） .Treat 2 groups with surgery and routine nursing, based on it, we treat group B with detail nursing care. Then compare incidence of complications and satisfaction rate to nursing. Results： The incidence of complications of group B is lower than that in group A（P 〈 0.05）, the satisfaction rate to nursing of group B is higher than that in group A（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Treat ovarian cysts patients accepted surgery treatment with detail nursing care will decrease incidence of complications and increase satisfaction rate to nursing of patients.
