经尿道前列腺汽化电切术治疗良性前列腺增生的效果分析

Clinical analysis of effect of transurethral vaporize electrotomy prostate in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia

目的 :探讨使用经尿道前列腺汽化电切术治疗良性前列腺增生的效果。方法 :选取2016年1月至2017年1月期间中国五冶集团有限公司医院收治的100例良性前列腺增生患者作为研究对象。对所有患者均使用经尿道前列腺汽化电切术进行治疗。然后观察这些患者在手术前后的前列腺症状评分、生活质量评分、平均尿流率。结果 :这些患者均顺利完成手术,未发生严重的术后并发症。这些患者术后的前列腺症状评分及生活质量评分均低于其治疗前的前列腺症状评分及生活质量评分(P<0.05),其术后的平均尿流率大于其术前的平均尿流率(P<0.05)。结论 :使用经尿道前列腺汽化电切术治疗良性前列腺增生对患者造成的创伤小,可有效地改善其临床症状,提高其生活质量。

Objective ： To explore the effect of transurethral vaporize electrotomy prostate（TURP） in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods ： 100 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia treated in our hospital during the period of January 2016 to January 2017 were selected for research object. And treated the patients with transurethral vaporize electrotomy prostate. The clinical effect of the treatment was evaluated by comparing the prostate symptoms score, the quality of life score and the improvement of urine flow rate before and after the operation. Results ： The patients were successfully treated by surgery, and there were no patient occurred sever postoperative complications. After treatment, the prostate symptoms score and the quality of life score of the patients were significantly lower than that before （ P 〈 0.05 ） , and the average urinary flow rate is significantly higher than that before （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ： Transurethral vaporize electrotomy prostate in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia with smaller surgical trauma, it have effect of improve symptoms significantly and enhance life quality of patient.
