对顺产产妇在第四产程进行精细护理在预防其发生产后出血方面的效果

Effect of meticulous nursing in fourth stage of labor to eutocia parturient for prevention of postpartum hemorrhage

目的 :探讨对顺产产妇在第四产程进行精细护理在预防其发生产后出血方面的效果。方法 :选取2017年2月至3月期间在江阴市人民医院进行分娩的135例顺产产妇作为对照组。选取2017年4月至5月期间在江阴市人民医院进行分娩的135例顺产产妇作为观察组。对两组产妇均在第四产程进行常规护理。对观察组产妇在第四产程进行精细护理。然后观察两组产妇在第四产程发生产后出血的情况及对护理服务的满意度。结果 :观察组产妇在第四产程发生产后出血的几率低于对照组产妇(P<0.05),其对护理服务的总满意率高于对照组产妇(P<0.05)。结论 :对顺产产妇在第四产程进行精细护理可预防其在第四产程发生产后出血,提高其对护理服务的满意度。

Objective： To explore effect of meticulous nursing in fourth stage of labor to eutocia parturient for prevention of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods： Select 135 cases of eutocia parturient labored in Jiangyin City People＇ s Hospital during February to March in 2017 for control group, Select 135 cases of eutocia parturient labored in Jiangyin City People＇ s Hospital during April to May in 2017 for experimental. Treat 2 groups with routine nursing in fourth stage of labor. Treat experimental group with meticulous nursing in fourth stage of labor. Then observe incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and satisfaction to nursing of 2 groups. Results： The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage of experimental group is lower than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） , satisfaction to nursing of experimental group is higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Treat eutocia parturient with meticulous nursing in fourth stage of labor will prevent postpartum hemorrhage and increase satisfaction to nursing.
