对行骨科手术的患者进行手术室优质护理对其发生医院感染的影响

Effect of operating room high quality nursing to nosocomial infection of the patients accepted orthopedic surgery

目的 :探讨对进行骨科手术的患者进行手术室优质护理对其发生医院感染的影响。方法 :将2015年1月至2017年1月期间在德阳第六人民医院进行骨科手术的200例患者作为研究对象。将2015年1月至2016年1月期间进行骨科手术的100例患者作为对照组,将2016年2月至2017年1月期间进行骨科手术的100例患者作为观察组。对两组患者均进行骨科手术治疗。同时,对对照组患者进行手术室常规护理,对观察组患者进行手术室优质护理。然后,比较两组患者医院感染的发生率及其手术室护理不良事件的发生率。结果 :接受护理后,观察组患者医院感染的发生率及手术室护理不良事件的发生率均低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :对接受骨科手术的患者进行手术室优质护理的效果显著,可明显降低其医院感染和手术室护理不良事件的发生率,促进其身体的恢复。

Objective： To explore effect of operating room high quality nursing to nosocomial infection of the patients accepted orthopedic surgery. Methods： Select 200 cases of accepted orthopedic surgery in Deyang the Sixth People＇ s Hospital during January 2015 to January 2017 fer research object. Sel the patients accepted orthopedic surgery in January 2015 to January 2016 to control group, set the patients accepted orthopedic surgery in January 2016 to January 2017 to experimental group. Treat 2 groups with orthopedic surgery .During operating time, treat control group with routine nursing, treat experimental group with high quality nursing. Then compare incidence of nosocomial infection and nursing adverse events of 2 groups .Results： After nursing, incidence of nosocomial infection and nursing adverse events of experimental group are lower than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion：The effect of operating room high quality nursing to nosocomial infection of the patients accepted orthopedic surgery is significant, it will decrease incidence of nosocomial infection and nursing adverse events and accelerate recovery of patients.
