基于Vero细胞的流感病毒高产株的研究进展

Progress in research on Vero cells-based influenza virus strains with high yield

流感是由流感病毒引起的严重急性呼吸道疾病,目前,接种疫苗是预防流感的最有效手段。Vero细胞是WHO推荐用于生物制品的细胞系,大多数流感病毒在Vero细胞上生长性能较差,因此筛选一株具有Vero细胞稳定高产特性的流感病毒母本株是Vero细胞流感疫苗研发及生产的关键环节。本文对流感病毒Vero细胞高产株几种选育方法的研究进展及影响流感病毒Vero细胞产量的相关因素作一综述。

Influenza is a severe respiratory disease caused by influenza virus. At present, vaccination is one of the most cost-effective measures to prevent influenza infection. Vero is a cell line for biologics recommended by the WHO, on which the yield of influenza virus is usually suboptimal. Therefore, the screening of a Vero cells-based parent influenza virus strain with stable high yield is important to the development and production of influenza vaccine. This paper reviews the progress in research on various methods for screening of Vero cells-based influenza virus strains with high yield as well as the influencing factors of the yield.
