生物医药工程材料胶原蛋白静电纺丝制品的应用进展 被引量:3

Progress in application of collagen electrospun products as biomedical engineering materials

摘要 近年来,越来越多的研究利用静电纺丝技术收集直径为纳米级或微米级的聚合物纤维以获得无纺支架。胶原蛋白静电纺丝制品具有较强的亲水性,良好的细胞相容性,并促进组织再生等胶原蛋白的生物活性,且具有比表面积大,孔隙率高,结构精细等纳米结构材料的优异性能,使其在生物医学领域的研究和应用开发受到了广泛关注。本文对静电纺丝技术的研究现状、胶原蛋白静电纺丝制品在组织工程、创伤敷料、药物传递系统等领域的最新应用进展及其存在的问题和未来的发展方向作一综述。 In recent years, electrospinning has increased in popularity as a processing technique for obtaining nanometerto-micron diameter polymer fibers collected to form a nonwoven scaffold. Due to their biological activity as high water affinity, good cell compatibility and ability to promote tissue regeneration and outstanding properties as large surface area, high porosity and fine structure, collagen electrospun products have received much attention for use in the field of biomedical engineering. This paper reviews the research status of electrospinning technology, and introduces the most recent progress in application of collagen electrospun products to biomedical engineering field, such as tissue engineering,wound dressing and drug delivery. Finally, the paper points out the existing problems of collagen electrospun nanofibers and outlooks the development directions.
