摘要
建立了超高效液相色谱-三重四级杆串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)检测草莓中唑螨酯残留分析方法。样品采用乙腈提取,石墨化碳黑氨基复合柱净化,超高效液相色谱分离,多反应监测模式测定,外标法定量。结果表明,在0.1~100μg/L浓度范围内,线性关系良好,R^2>0.998 5,平均回收率在94.0%~98.0%之间,相对标准偏差<5%(n=6),方法的检出限为0.02μg/kg。可用于草莓中唑螨酯残留检测。
A method was established to determine fenpyroximate residue in strawberry by UPLC - MS/MS. The homogenized sample was extracted by acetonitrile, purified by ProElut CARB/NH2, and separated by UPLC and determined by tandem mass spectrometry under the mode of multiple reaction monitoring. The quantitative analysis of external standard calibration curves was used. The method had a good linear relationship in the range of 0. 1~100μg/L for fenpyroximate with the relative coefficients R^2 〉 0. 998 5. The recovery was 94.0% -98.0% with the relative standard deviations (RSD) less than 5% (n =6), and the limit of detection was 0. 02μg/kg. The developed method is applicable for determining fenpyroximate residue in fresh strawberry.
