30亿PIB/mL甘蓝夜蛾NPV悬浮剂防治水稻二化螟药效试验研究

摘要 该文探讨生物杀虫剂30亿PIB/mL甘蓝夜蛾NPV悬浮剂对水稻二化螟的防治效果和田间应用技术。试验结果表明:供试3种生物农药对水稻二化螟均有一定的防效,其中,30亿PIB/mL甘蓝夜蛾NPV悬浮剂1 200 mL/hm^2防治水稻二化螟杀虫效果、保苗效果均达90%以上,与对照药剂20%氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂150mL/hm^2防效相当;16 000IU/mL苏云金杆菌可湿性粉剂6 000 g/hm^2防治水稻二化螟的杀虫效果、保苗效果达80%以上;100亿孢子/mL短稳杆菌悬浮剂1800 mL/hm^2防治水稻二化螟杀虫效果、保苗效果在70%以上。不同处理间防效差异显著。3种不同生物药剂在试验剂量范围内对非靶标天敌安全,对水稻生长安全。30亿PIB/mL甘蓝夜蛾NPV悬浮剂是生物杀虫剂,对水稻二化螟防效好,而且具有低毒、无残留、不易产生抗药性等优点,对今后发展无公害食品有很好的促进作用,具有广阔的推广应用前景。 This paper studied the control effect and application technology of Mamestra brassicae L. NPV 3 × 10^9 SC against Chilo suppressalis (Walker) The results showed that all three tested biological pesticides provided good control on rice stem borer. Among them, the control effect and seedling protecting effect of Mamestra brassicae L. NPV 3 ×10^9 SC was more than 90% , which was equivalent to Chlorantraniliprole 20% SC at the concentration of 150mL/ha. The effects 6 000g/ha and empedobacter brevis 1 × 10^10 SC 1 800mL/ha were over 80% and 70% of BT WP respectively. The significant difference was observed between different treatments. All three tested pesticides were shown to be safe to rice and nature enemies. Mamestra brassicae L. NPV favorable application future.
