摘要
针对某垃圾渗滤液处理现状和问题,对深度处理系统进行了技术改造,采用"芬顿-BAF深度处理工艺"代替了原有"MBR+RO膜深度处理工艺"。工程运行结果表明,该工艺运行稳定,出水水质好,出水COD<100 mg/L,去除率>85%,处理成本为7.87元/m3,解决了原有膜深度处理系统处理量较小且产生浓缩液的问题,处理量大大提高,稳定达到了GB 16889-2008排放标准。
According to the current situation and exiting problem of landfill leachate treatment, the technical reform of advanced treatment system was carried out. The original MBR and RO membrane advanced treatment process was replaced by Fenton-BAF advanced treatment process. The operation results showed that, the combined process was stable and the effluent quality was good, and the effluent COD was less than 100 mg/L and the removal rate was more than 85%, and treatment cost was 7.87 yuan/m3, which solved the problems of original membrane advanced treatment process, such as low treatment capacity and concentrated liquor production. The treatment capacity improved greatly, and the effluent quality reached the discharge standard of GB 16889-2008.
