贝那普利联合羟苯磺酸钙对糖尿病视网膜病变患者的临床疗效观察

The clinical curative effect of Benazepril combined with Calcium Dobesilate on the patients with diabetic retinopathy

目的观察贝那普利联合羟苯磺酸钙对糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的临床疗效。方法选取2015年1月至2017年1月入住本院明确诊断为DR患者240例,随机分成对照组与观察组,对照组仅给予羟苯磺酸钙治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予贝那普利治疗,观察6个月;对比两组患者治疗前后血液流变学、眼底情况变化及两组治疗的总体有效率。结果与治疗前比较,对照组与观察组患者治疗后血液流变学指标、眼底指标均显著降低,视力明显提高,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01或P<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,观察组治疗后在血液流变学指标、眼底指标均显著降低,视力显著提高,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01);对照组DR的总体有效率为73.3%;而与对照组比较,观察组DR的总体有效率明显升高,其总体有效率为90.8%,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论贝那普利联合羟苯磺酸钙可有效改善DR患者的血液流变学、眼底情况及视力,从而有效提高DR患者的总体有效率。

Objective To investigate clinical curative effect of Benazepril combined with Calcium Dobesilate on the patients with diabetic retinopathy. Methods A total of 240 patients with diabetic retinopathy were selected for the study. They were randomly divided into control group（ 120 cases） and observation group（ 120 cases）.The patients of control group were treated with Calcium Dobesilate only,while the other 120 cases of observation group were treated with Benazepril combined with Calcium Dobesilate,lasted for six months. We observed the changes of hemorheology, Fundus situation and Overall efficiency after treatment. Results Compared with those before treatment,both the hemorheology and fundus situation statistically improved and Visual acuity improved significantly（ P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）. After the treatment,hemorheology indexes and Fundus situation of observation group were significantly decreased compared with control group, and Visual acuity improved significantly（ P〈 0. 01）. The overall efficiency of the control group was 73. 3%,which was statistically lower than 90.8% of the control group（ P = 0.001）.Conclusions Benazepril combined with Calcium Dobesilate can effectively improve the levels of hemorheology,Fundus situation and vision,thus effectively improve the overall efficiency of diabetic retinopathy.
