护士PICC导管规范维护存在的问题分析

Analysis on the existing problems of nurses' PICC catheter standard maintenance

目的探讨护士对PICC导管规范维护中存在的问题。方法记录90名护士导管维护存在的问题、维护所用时间,并对患者满意度进行评价。结果导管维护中存在的问题有评估不全67.8%(61/90)、未做宣教指导76.7%(69/90),操作不规范100.0%(90/90)。操作不规范项目的百分率由高至低排序为:撕、贴敷料方法不正确71.2%(64/90),操作前或操作后未洗手62.2%(56/90),导管固定不妥50.0%(45/90),封管方法不正确27.8%(25/90);导管维护所用时间为(998.3±25.1)秒;导管维护总体满意度为(56.28±0.98)分,按照调查项目得分由低到高排列为:沟通交流(12.21±0.31)分、舒适度(14.21±0.21)分、操作熟练度(14.32±0.27)分、服务态度(14.87±0.26)分。结论需要加强护士PICC导管规范维护及健康宣教知识的培训,以提高导管维护质量。

Objective to discuss the problems existing in the maintenance of PICC catheter in nurses.Methods The problems in the maintenance of 90 nurses and the time of maintenance were recorded,and the satisfaction of the patients was evaluated. Results The problems in the maintenance of catheter were incomplete67.8%（ 61/90）,no instruction 76.7%（ 69/90）,and the operation was not standardized 100%（ 90/90）. The percentage of operating non-standard items from high to low was as follows： The method of tear and dressing was not correct. 71. 2%（ 64/90）,before operation or after operation,62. 2%（ 56/90） did not wash hands,the catheter was not fixed properly 50%（ 45/90）,the sealing method was not correct 27.8%（ 25/90）,and the time for catheter maintenance was（ 998.3±25.1） seconds. The overall satisfaction of catheter maintenance was（ 56.28± 0.98）. According to the survey project,the score from low to high was as follows： Communication and communication（ 12.21± 0. 31）,comfort（ 14. 21 ± 0. 21）,operation proficiency（ 14. 32 ± 0. 27）,and service attitude（ 14.87±0.26）.Conclusions It is necessary to strengthen the standardized maintenance of PICC catheter and the training of the knowledge of health education in order to improve the quality of the catheter maintenance.
