XCY2002-1/200型野战X线诊断车现代化改装方案与实施

Modernization and Implementation of XCY2002-1/200 Field X-ray Diagnosis Vehicle

目的对野战X线诊断车进行现代化改装,以适应新形势下批量伤员救治检查的需要。方法采用移动数字X线摄影(digital radiography,DR)、干式激光相机、小型移动工作站组成影像归档和通信系统(picture archiving and communication system,PACS)替换原有X线主机系统、洗片机、影像信息处理系统。结果完成了野战X线诊断车的现代化改装,实现了快速的X线拍片检查、图像处理与胶片打印。结论野战X线车经现代化改装,满足了应急大批量伤员X线摄影检查的需要,提高了使用范围。

Objective To realize the modernization of field X-ray diagnosis vehicle,and meet the needs of mass casualties treatment and inspection under the new situation.Methods The original X-ray host system,developing machine and image information processing system would been replaced by the picture archiving and communication system（PACS）with mobile digital radiography（DR）,dry laser printer and small mobile workstation.Results The modernization of field X-ray diagnosis vehicle were completed,and realized fast X-ray examination,image processing and film printing.Conclusion The modernization of field X-ray diagnosis vehicle can meet the X-ray examination for mass casualties,and improve the use range.
