摘要
高压大功率负载是高功率微波系统的重要组成部分,介绍了一种结构紧凑的超高压高功率同轴负载的设计方法。负载主体使用硫酸铜溶液,阻抗60Ω,设计工作电压600kV,峰值功率6GW,平均功率6kW。对负载的电阻、电感和电容等参数进行了理论计算和电路仿真,并通过对内部场分布的仿真对参数进行了设计优化。实验结果表明,该负载在脉冲源的测试过程中稳定可靠。
High voltage power load is an important part of high power microwave system. The de- sign method of a compact high power coaxial load is introduced. Main body of the load uses Cu- SO4 solution with 60~ impedance, 600kV working voltage, 6GW peak power and 6kW average power. The resistance, inductance and capacitance of the load are theoretically calculated and simulated. The internal field is simulated to optimize load' s design parameters. Experimental result shows this load works reliably during the test of pulse generator.
