新疆五家渠市肉牛、杂交肉牛主要传染病血清学调查

Serological Investigation of Mainly Epidemic Diseases of Beef Cattle and Cross-bred Beef Cattle in Wujiaqu City of Xinjiang

为了解五家渠市肉牛、杂交肉牛传染性鼻气管炎等疫病发病情况,本试验采集了30个牛场346份血清进行了牛传染性鼻气管炎、牛病毒性腹泻病/黏膜病、牛白血病、副结核病和包虫病抗体检测,并对口蹄疫、布鲁氏菌病、结核病日常监测结果进行分析。结果表明五家渠市牛传染性鼻气管炎、牛病毒性腹泻病/黏膜病和包虫病存在感染,其中前两种病表现为重度感染。牛白血病、副结核病、口蹄疫、布鲁氏菌病、结核病等病没有发病。

In order to understand？ the？ incidence of infectious bovine rhinotracheitis in beef cattle and cross-bred beef cattle in Wujiaqu city, 346 serums from 30 cattle farms were collected for Infectious bo vine rhinotracheitis, bovine viral diarrhea/mucosal disease, bovine leukosis, paratuberculosis and echino- coccosis antibody testing. Meanwhile, foot-and-mouth disease, brucellosis, bovine tuberculosis routine monitoring results were also analyzed. The results showed that infectious bovine rhinotracheitis, bovine viral diarrhea/mucosal disease and echinococcosis were found as seropositivity in Wujiaqu city, in which the first and second one were severe infections. Bovine leukemia, paratuberculosis, foot and mouth dis ease, brucellosis and bovine tuberculosis weren＇t found in this area.
