“平凉红牛”产业发展问题研究

Research on “Pingliang Red Cattle” Industrial Development

"平凉红牛"是指在甘肃平凉特定自然环境和精细饲养方式下,经过长期繁育、改良生产的被毛红色肉牛的杂交类群,2008年"平凉红牛"注册为我国唯一的活体牛品牌,将平凉肉牛产业定名为"平凉红牛"产业。为了促进"平凉红牛"产业的快速发展,本文分析了"平凉红牛"产业的现状、优势与存在的问题,并提出了发展方向和措施。"平凉红牛"产业具有显著的养殖规模优势,牛肉品质好,具有进入中高端牛肉市场的优势,且当地政府对红牛产业支持力度大,形成了完整的产业链。但是"平凉红牛"发展过程中也存在着养牛户数量减少、龙头企业带动作用不够强、养殖品种与"平凉红牛"品牌定位存在差距等问题。为了促进"平凉红牛"产业快速健康发展,需要坚持农户繁育和规模育肥同步推进,优化产业布局,培育龙头企业,促进市场流通,推进产业化经营,提升产业效益。

＂Pingliang red cattle＂ refers to the red cattle hybrid group which were developed through long--term crossbreeding and lived in the specific natural environment of Pingliang city. ＂Pingliang red cattle＂ was registered as the only live cattle trademarks in China in 2008, meanwhile the beef cattle indus- try of Pingliang was named the ＂Pingliang red cattle＂ industry. In order to promote the rapid development of the ＂Pingliang red cattle＂ industry, this paper analyzed the advantages and problems of ＂Pingliang red cattle＂ industry and proposed the future development direction and measures. ＂Pingliang red cattle＂ indus- try had the outstanding scale advantages and good beef quality, which had the potential to enter the mid-- to high--end market; as well as local government supported for the red cattle industry, formed a complete industrial chain. However, there are many problems in the development of ＂Pingliang red cattle＂ industry, such as the decrease of the cattle farmers, the weak leading role of important enterprises, and there is a gap between breeding varieties and ＂Pingliang red cattle＂ brand positioning. In order to promote the rapid and healthy development of ＂Pingliang red cattle＂ industry, we must adhere to the simultaneous promotion of farmer＇s breeding and scale fattening, optimize the industrial layout, cultivate leading enterprises, pro- mote market circulation and industrial management, and enhance industrial efficiency.
