摘要
肉牛肉质与品种遗传、饲养管理和屠宰加工等诸多因素有关,本文对饲养管理中维生素A缺乏及添加量对肉牛及肉质影响的研究进展作一综述。
The meat quality of beef cattle is related to many factors such as breed heredity, feeding management and slaughter processing. This review summarized the research progress on the effects of vi- tamin A deficiency or adding in feed on meat quality.
