苯丙建筑乳液的ORP值对异噻唑啉酮类杀菌剂稳定性的影响

摘要 针对同一水性苯丙建筑乳液的配方,使用不同的后处理材料、配比设计得到乳液不同的ORP值,通过高效液相色谱法测定乳液中异噻唑啉酮类杀菌剂活性成分(MIT、CMIT、BIT)含量的方法,探究在不同的ORP值的条件下,添加到乳液体系中的异噻唑啉酮类杀菌剂的稳定性。 For the formulation of the same waterborne styrene-acrylic construction emulsion, using different post treatment materials and proportions to design different ORP values of emulsion, the method of determining the content of the active ingredient(MIT, CMIT and BIT) of the isothiazolinones biocides in the emulsion was determined by HPLC, and the research on the different ORP values, The stability of the isothiazolinones biocides added to the emulsion system.
