摘要
丁烷异构化装置开工初期,异构化催化剂活性较高,裂解副反应增多,致使反应产物中含有较大量的碳三组分,碳三组分进入下游稳定塔后随干气一起排入燃料气管网(排放量约1t/h),造成很大浪费。通过技术改造将该股碳三组分引入到预处理装置的脱乙烷塔进行回收利用。
In the early time of the butane isomerization unit operation,isomerization catalyst activity was higher,cracking reaction increased,the reaction compound contained lots of C3 substance.After the huge amounts of C_3 components entered into the downstream stabilizer then drained with dry gas into the fuel gas pipe network(about 1 t/h),it caused great waste.Through technical innovation,C_3 substance can be lead into deethanizer to recycle recover.
