摘要
以氯化胆碱为原料,在2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶氮氧化物(TMEPO)催化条件下经三氯异氰尿酸(TCCA)氧化,得到产品甜菜碱。经检测,其盐含量远低于以氯乙酸为原料制备工艺所得甜菜碱产品,可以满足绝大部分特殊用途的需求。
Salt-free betaine was prepared with choline chloride as raw material,under the condition of TMEPO as catalyst,choline chloride was oxidized with TCCA.Salt content of the obtained betaine was much lower than the betaine obtained from the method using chloroacetic acid as the raw material.The salt-free betaine could meet the needs of most special use.
