摘要
以甘肃本地胡麻籽为原料,采用蒸馏水直接浸提法提取胡麻胶,并对提取工艺进行优化。以提取时间、料液比、温度三个主要因素进行单因素试验研究,并将提取的胡麻胶配制成质量分数为1%的溶液进行化学改性实验。实验结果表明,胡麻胶最佳提取工艺条件为:料液比为1g胡麻籽用11mL蒸馏水、温度75℃、时间90min时,胡麻胶的提取率为7.75%。通过化学改性后测得接枝率为5.3%,在一定程度上提高了胡麻胶的耐水性。
Flaxseed gum extracted from flaxseed in Gansu province by direct extraction of distilled water were studied.The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:solid-liquid ratio 1∶11(g/mL),temperature 75℃,time 90 min,the extraction rate of flaxseed gum was 7.75%.After chemical modification,the grafting rate was 5.3%,which improved the water resistance of flaxseed glue.
