SCG辅助超声提取竹叶多糖工艺研究 被引量:2

Study on sodium cocoyl glutamate-assisted ultrasonic extraction of polysaccharide from bamboo leaves

摘要 以日化品中常用的表面活性剂椰油酰谷氨酸钠(SCG)作为强化剂辅助超声提取竹叶多糖,比较了SCG+超声提取和超声提取过程中各因素对竹叶多糖提取的影响。通过正交试验优化了两种工艺条件下竹叶多糖的超声提取工艺条件,优化结果显示:未添加SCG时,在超声时间40min,料液比1∶18(g/mL),超声温度55℃,超声功率200W的优化工艺条件下,竹叶多糖提取率为3.594%。添加SCG后,在超声时间30min,料液比1∶18(g/mL),超声温度55℃,超声功率150W的优化工艺条件下,竹叶多糖提取率达4.498%。SCG能降低提取剂蒸馏水的表面张力,降低破壁势垒,促进多糖向提取剂中快速溶解,缩短提取时间,降低提取能耗,提取率提高25.15%。 Using common surfactants in the daily chemical products sodium cocoyl glutamate(SCG)as the agent assisted ultrasonic extraction of polysaccharides from bamboo leaves,the factors affecting SCG+ultrasonic extraction and ultrasonic extraction in the extraction were studied and compared.By orthogonal test,the optimum conditions of two kinds of process including ultrasonic extraction of polysaccharides and sodium cocoyl glutamate-assisted ultrasonic extraction of polysaccharide,optimization results showed that without adding SCG,ultrasonic time of40 min,material liquid ratio of 1∶18(g/mL),ultrasonic temperature of 55℃centigrade,ultrasonic power of 200 W,the extraction rate of polysaccharides was 3.594%;Add SCG,the ultrasonic time of 30 min,material liquid ratio of1∶18(g/mL),ultrasonic temperature of 55℃ centigrade,ultrasonic power of 150 W,bamboo polysaccharide extraction rate was 4.498%.SCG can reduce the surface tension of distilled water,reduce the broken barrier,accelerate the dissolution of polysaccharides to the extractant,shorten the extraction time,reduce the energy consumption and increase the extraction rate by 25.15%.
