肺癌组织中相关蛋白的表达及与肺癌患者临床病理特征的关系 被引量:2

Expressions of proteins and the relationship with clinicopathological features in lung cancer

摘要 目的探讨肺癌中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、低氧诱导因子(HIF-1α)、Eph受体酪氨酸激酶A2(EphA2)及NET-1的表达及与临床病理特征的关系。方法选取2010年1月至2011年2月间北京市大兴区人民医院收治的62例肺癌患者为观察组,另同期选取62例肺良性病变患者为对照组。检测并比较两组患者VEGF、HIF-1α、EphA2及NET-1的表达情况,比较肺癌患者上述指标与不同临床病理特征及生存率的相关关系。结果观察组患者VEGF、HIF-1α、EphA2及NET-1的阳性表达率均显著高于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者VEGF、HIF-1α、EphA2及NET-1阳性表达与年龄、性别和吸烟无关,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与临床分期、淋巴结转移、分化程度及生存时间有关,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。Person相关性分析显示,观察组患者组织VEGF表达与HIF-1α、EphA2、NET-1表达均呈正相关,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 VEGF、HIF-1α、EphA2及NET-1在肺癌中呈高表达,与临床分期、淋巴结转移、分化程度及生存时间有关,可作为临床评价肺癌患者病情严重程度及预后的敏感指标。 Objective To study the expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),hypoxia inducible factor(HIF-1α),Ephreceptor tyrosine kinase A2(EphA2) and NET-1 in lung cancer and their relationship with clinicopathological features. Methods Sixty-two patients with lung cancer who were treated at Beijing Daxing People's Hospital from January 2010 to February 2011 were selected as the observation group and another 62 patients with benign pulmonary lesions treated at the same period were selected as the control group. The expressions of VEGF,HIF-1α,EphA2 and NET-1 were detected and compared between the two groups. The relationship between the expressions of the above indexes and different clinicopathological features and survival rate were compared. Results The positive expression rates of VEGF,EphA2,HIF-1α and NET-1 was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(all P〈0. 05). The positive expressions of VEGF,EphA2,HIF-1α and NET-1 in the observation group were not related to age,sex and smoking status(P〉0. 05) but they were related to clinical stage,lymph node metastasis,differentiation degree and survival period(P〈0. 05). Person correlation analysis showed that the expression of VEGF was positively correlated with the expressions of HIF-1α,EphA2 and NET-1 in the observation group(all P〈0. 05). Conclusion The expression rates of VEGF,HIF-1α,EphA2 and NET-1 are high in lung cancer and they were related to clinical stage,lymph node metastasis,differentiation degree and survival period,which can be used as a sensitive index for evaluating the severity and prognosis of patients with lung cancer.
