不定岛型海岛超细纤维用LDPE原料的应用研究 被引量:5

摘要 在相近纺丝条件下,用3种不同熔指的低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)和锦纶6(PA6)进行不定岛型海岛超细纤维的纺丝试验。结果表明:3种不同熔指的LDPE的可纺性良好;熔指高的、密度低的LDPE被溶出率高,有利于开纤:熔指高的LDPE使PA6岛相直径大、岛数少,而熔指低的使PA6岛相直径小、岛数多。3种原料制成的纤维性能指标均能满足超细纤维合成革用纤维的要求。 The spinning test was conducted for unfigured sea-island microfiber with three different melt flow indexes of low-density polyethylene (LDPE) and nylon 6(PA6) under similar spinning conditions. The test results show that three kinds of LDPE with different melt flow indexes all have good spinnability. LDPE with high melt flow index and low-density has high dissolution rate, favorable to splitting. The island number of PA6 in LDPE of high melt flow index is smaller and the diameter of PA6 is bigger, while more PA6 island phase in LDPE of low melt flow index and the diameter of PA6 is smaller. The fibers made by the three kinds of samples all meet the requirements used for microfiber synthetic leather.
