双层氢氧化物作为钢筋阻锈材料阻锈效果评价 被引量:1

摘要 通过盐水浸渍法、硬化砂浆法和劈裂观察法对双层氢氧化物(LHD)、煅烧之后的双层氢氧化物(LHO)、对比阻锈剂Na NO2、K18、空白组3组和以LHO为主要材料的自制阻锈剂ZY1~ZY3共3组进行了钢筋阻锈能力的研究。结果表明:根据规范JGJ/T192-2009,依照钢筋的锈蚀情况评价阻锈剂的阻锈效果,阻锈效果较好阻锈剂有ZY1、ZY3、LHO,比Na NO2、K18的阻锈效果好,而ZY2的阻锈效果较差。掺加3%Na Cl的硬化砂浆法试验结果表明,ZY3在掺量3%、4%时具有很好的阻锈效果,其适宜掺量为3%;阻锈剂ZY1和LHO有较好的阻锈效果和4%掺量时具有很好的阻锈效果,适宜掺量为4%;而ZY2、LHD和K18在掺量3%和4%时的阻锈效果均不佳;综合三种试验方法来评价双层氢氧化物和自制阻锈剂的短期阻锈效果,自制阻锈剂ZY3具有较好的阻锈效果,其适宜掺量为3%,LHO和ZY1在适宜掺量为4%下有相同的阻锈效果;而相同掺量下的ZY2、LHD、K18阻锈效果不佳。 It is observed that double hydroxides(LHD), double hydroxides(LHO)after the calcination, contrast rust inhibitor Na NO2、K18、blank group 3 group and to LHO as the main material of homemade rust inhibitor ZY1-ZY3 a total of three groups of reinforced rust ability by salt water immersion method, and hardened mortar. The results show that:according to the specification JGJ/T192-2009, evaluated in accordance with corroded reinforcement rust inhibitor effect of rust, rust inhibitor has better ZY1、ZY3、LHO,more than Na NO2、K18, while inhibiting effectiveness ZY2 poor.The results of adding 3% Na Cl hardened mortar method show, ZY3 has good rust results when content 3%、4%, the appropriate content of 3%; rust inhibitor ZY1 and LHO has good resistance when having a rust effect and 4% ash rust good effect,the appropriate content of 4%; and ZY2、LHD and K18 rust results when content of 3% and 4% were poor;integrated three test methods to evaluate the effect of short-term rust double hydroxides and homemade rust agent,rust inhibitor homemade ZY3 has good rust effect,the appropriate content of 3%, LHO and ZY1 in a suitable dosage is 4% under the same rust effect;and under the same dosage ZY2、LHD and K18 rust of poor effect.
