烧结工艺对废稀土抛光粉制备玻璃陶瓷致密性的影响作用

摘要 采用烧结法工艺制备玻璃陶瓷,借助金相显微镜和扫描电镜等分析手段,研究了烧结制度对废弃稀土抛光粉制备玻璃陶瓷致密性的影响作用。结果表明:随着烧结温度的升高,玻璃陶瓷表面气孔率明显降低,致密性增大。 Preparation of glass ceramics by sintering process. The effects of sintering system on the densification of glassy ceramics prepared by waste rare earth polishing powder were studied by means of metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results show that with the increase of sintering temperature, the porosity of glass ceramic is obviously decreased and the density is increased.
