HAART疗法联合补气培元方对艾滋病患者CD_4^+T细胞和胃肠功能的影响

Effects of HAART Therapy Method Combined with Buqi Peiyuan Fang( 补气培元方)on CD_4^+T Lymphocyte and Gastrointestinal Function in AIDs Patients

目的:探讨高效联合抗反转录病毒治疗疗法(highly active antiroviral therapy,HAART)联合补气培元方对艾滋病患者CD^+_4T细胞和胃肠功能的影响。方法:本院就诊的艾滋病患者56例,按照患者就诊先后顺序分为对照组(28例)和观察组(28例),对照组患者采用HAART疗法治疗,观察组患者采用HAART疗法联合补气培元方治疗。比较2组患者临床症状积分及治疗前后外周血CD^+_4T细胞变化。结果:治疗后1、2个月和3个月观察组患者临床症状积分分别为(14.14±2.54)分、(7.43±2.42)分、(4.73±2.49)分,明显比治疗前降低,并且均显著低于对照组对应时段临床症状积分,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后1、2个月和3个月观察组患者外周血的CD^+_4T细胞计数分别为(301.14±112.47)个/ul、(364.43±152.42)个/ul和(435.73±162.49)个/ul,明显比治疗前升高,并且均明显高于对照组同CD^+_4T细胞计数,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:HAART疗法联合补气培元方治疗艾滋病患者能够改善患者的临床症状,提高患者的免疫力。

Objective： To evaluate the curative effect of highly active antiroviral therapy （HAART） combined Buqi Peiyuan Fang in treatment of patients with acquired Immune deficiency syndrome （AIDS） and its effects on CD4＋ T cells and gastrointestinal function. Methods： 56 patients with AIDS were recruited and randomly divided into control and observation groups with each 28 cases. Patients in the control group were treated with HAART regimen and patients in the observation group were treated with HAART regimen plus Buqi Peiyuan Fang. After treatment, the clinical symptom score of 2 groups and the changes of CD4＋ T cells in peripheral blood were compared between before and after treatment. Results： The clinical symptom score were （ 14. 14 ± 2. 54） , （7.43 ±2. 42 ）and （4. 73 ±2.49） in the observation group in the time point of 1, 2 and 3 months after treatment, which were significant lower compared to before treatment and control group with statistical difference （P 〈 0.05 ） ; CD4＋ T cells number were （301.14 ± 112.47 ）/uL, （364.43 ± 152.42 ）/uLand （435.73 ± 162.49 ）/uL respectively for the observation group in the time point of 1,2 and 3 months after treatment, which were signifi- cant higher compared to before treatment and control group with statistical difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： HAART therapy combined with Buqi Peiyuan Fang can significant improve the symptoms of patients with AIDS through strengthening the patient＇ s immune function.
