红花提取液对小鼠缺血再灌注脑损伤保护作用的实验研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的:探讨红花提取液对小鼠急性脑缺血损伤的保护作用。方法:将ICR小鼠随机分为假手术组,模型组,红花提取液低、中、高剂量组(2.5、5.0、10.0 g/kg)以及阳性对照药组(尼莫地平10 mg/kg),造模前连续给药7 d;采用线栓法建立小鼠脑缺血再灌注模型,再灌注24 h后,测定神经功能评分、脑含水量、脑梗死体积及脑组织SOD、GSH-Px、CAT活力及MDA含量。结果:红花提取液能显著促进MCAO小鼠神经功能缺损症状的恢复;降低小鼠脑缺血再灌注后脑梗死体积和脑含水量;红花提取液中、高剂量组均能显著提高脑组织SOD、GSH-Px、CAT活力,降低MDA含量。结论:红花提取液对小鼠急性脑缺血损伤具有保护作用,且其保护作用可能与其抗氧化应激相关。 Objective: To explore the protective effect of Safflower Extract on acute cerebral ischemic injury in mice. Methods: ICR mice were randomly divided into sham operation group, model group, low, middle and high dose groups (2.5, 5. 0, 10 g/kg) and positive control group. The model of focal cerebral ischemia was es- tablished by modified Zea Longa method. After 6 hours, the neurological function scores, brain water content, cerebral infarction volume were determined and SOD, GSH -Px , CAT SOD activities and MDA content in brain tissue were determined. Results: Safflower Extract could promote neurological function of MCAO mice recover, reduce cerebral infarction volume and brain water content; middle and high dose Safflower Extract could raise SOD , GSH -Px and CAT activities in brain tissue and lower MDA content. Conclusion:Safflower Extract can protect mice' cerebral tissue from ischemic injury, that is related to anti -oxidative effect.
