氯丙嗪和异丙嗪输注时在输液管道中的损失

Lost of chlorpromazine & promethazine from aqueous solution during infusion through plastic intravenous set

本文用紫外分光光度法测定了流经塑料输液器前后氯丙嗪和异丙嗪浓度的变化,结果显示经聚氯乙烯(PVC)管时,二药在输注的1～4h期间均有吸着丢失,尤其在初期为甚,减低流速,加大管长均使丢失加重,经聚乙烯管输注未见药液浓度改变。

Change of chlorpromazine & promethazine potency through plastic infusion setbefore and after was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. It was shownthat the sorption and loss for the two drugs were observed to PVC sets during1～4 hours' infusion intervals,especially at the initial stage. More sorption wereobserved with reducing flow rate and extending tube length. No significant loss ofpotency was observed for chlorpromazine and promethazine in the PE set.
