在院医学研究生职业防护情况及感染知识调查

Survey of knowledge on occupational protection and infection among medical postgraduate in a hospital

目的了解在院医学研究生感染防护及感染知识掌握情况,改变医学生感染防护不良现状,减少感染暴露发生的可能性。方法利用自行设计的调查问卷,对500名不同年级及专业的医学生按年级分组,分别调查医学生感染防护基本情况、感染知识掌握情况及暴露后处理情况等,通过调查、统计数据,分析医学生感染防护情况不容乐观的原因,并给予相应的对策。结果研一医学生防护意识最弱(57.79%),影像专业医学生感染知识答题正确率最低(53.83%),全年级只有40.65%的人参加过感染防护培训,并且多数人不了解暴露后相关处理流程,改善防护现状刻不容缓。结论在院医学研究生的职业防护意识薄弱,对职业防护认识不足,知识不系统、不完整,应该引起医学院校及临床教学医院的重视。

Objective To understand knowledge of occupational protection and infection of medical graduate students and order to change the status of poor occupational protection among medical students fundamentally and to reduce the possibility of occupational exposure.Method 500 graduate students were selected and divided into 3 grade groups.Basic status and related knowledge of occupational protection and infection,as well as the treatment after occupational exposure were investigated through using a selfdesigned questionnaire.Statistical analyses was applied to explore the reason of the occupational exposure of medical graduate students in the hospital and the corresponding countermeasures.Results In the three grades groups,the protection awareness of the postgraduate medical students was week（57.79%）.The correct rate of the infection knowledge in the medical students was the lowest（53.83%）,Only 40.65% of the students in the whole year took part in the training of infection protection,and most of them didn＇t understand the related process after occupational exposure.Conclusions Medical students have weak awareness of occupational protection and lack of understanding of occupational protection.The problem of incompleteness and incompleteness of knowledge should arouse the attention of medical colleges and clinical teaching hospitals,so it is urgent to improve occupational protection in medical students.
