摘要
针对国内某M310核电机组核级配电盘越级跳闸事件,结合对现场故障现象和保护动作记录,分析了厂用电保护配置和定值整定情况,查找出了越级跳闸的根本原因和存在的共性问题,提出了合理的解决方案,从而避免后续类似故障再次发生,提高核级配电盘的供电可靠性。
For a leapfrog trip event of nucl-ear grade switchboard of M310 type nuclear power unit in China, according to analysis of the configuration and protection setting of power distribution system and failure phenomena and protection action records, basic reasons and common problems of leapfrog trip are found out and reasonable solutions are proposed to prevent similar failure and to improve the reliability of the nuclear grade switchboard.
