主动脉球囊反搏术治疗心血管重症的疗效分析

Clinical Effect of Cardiovascular Disease Treated with Intra-aortic Balloon Pumping

目的探讨主动脉球囊反搏术(intra-aortic balloon pumping,IABP)治疗心血管重症的疗效。方法按照随机数字表法将74例心血管重症患者分为观察组与对照组,每组各37例,对照组根据国际心脏病学会和世界卫生组织的治疗指南进行对症治疗,观察组接受IABP治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率(81.08%)显著高于对照组(48.65%),心血管事件发生率(10.81%)显著低于对照组(24.32%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后收缩压、血氧饱和度及左室射血分数均显著高于对照组,心率及急性生理与慢性健康状态(APACHE-Ⅱ)评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 IABP治疗心血管重症疾病,可以提高治疗效果,改善患者血流动力学指标和心功能,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of the patients with cardiovascular disease treated with intra-aortic balloon pumping（ IABP）. Methods 74 patients with cardiovascular disease were randomly divided into observation group（37 cases） and control group（37 cases）. The control group were treated by symptomatic treatment according to the international heart association and the world health organization guidelines for treatment. The observation group were treated by IABP. The clinical effects were observed. Results The total effective rate of observation group（81. 08%） was higher than control group（48. 65%）. The cardiovascular events rate of observation group（10. 81%） was lower than control group（24. 32%）. The levels of systolic pressure,oxygen saturation and left ventricular ejection fraction of observation group were higher than control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The levels of heart rate and APACHE-Ⅱscore for observation group were lower than control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion IABP can increase the clinical effect of cardiovascular disease. It can improve the haemodynamics and cardiac function. So it has high value of clinical application.
