优质细节性护理对老年急性阑尾炎合并糖尿病患者术后康复影响观察

Effect of High Quality Detail Nursing on Postoperative Rehabilitation of Elderly Patients with Acute Appendicitis Complicated with Diabetes Mellitus

目的在老年急性阑尾炎合并糖尿病治疗中应用优质细节性护理,观察其对患者术后康复的影响。方法选择在源城区新江社区卫生服务中心诊治的老年急性阑尾炎合并糖尿病患者90例为研究对象,将所有患者随机分成观察组和对照组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施优质细节性护理,比较两组护理效果及满意度的差异性。结果观察组护理总有效率和总满意度分别为97.78%、95.56%,对照组护理总有效率和总满意度分别为88.89%、82.22%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质细节性护理是一项综合性护理,能有效改善患者的心理状态,减少并发症发生,提高临床护理满意度和治愈率。

Objective To apply the details of the application of high quality nursing in elderly patients with acute appendicitis complicated with diabetes treatment,and observe the effect on rehabilitation of patients after surgery. Methods 90 cases of diabetes elderly patients with acute appendicitis in the hospital were regarded as the research object. All patients were divided into observation group and control group. Control group received the routine nursing,and the observation group received implementation details of quality nursing. The difference of nursing effect and satisfaction between the two groups was compared. Results Total effective rate and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were 97. 78% and 95. 56%. Total effective rate and total nursing satisfaction of the control group were 88. 89% and 82. 22%. There was significant difference in the two groups（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The details quality of care is a comprehensive care,can effectively improve the mental state of patients,reduce complications,and improve the clinical cure rate and nursing satisfaction.
