Research on Cultivation Scheme and Curriculum System Design of New Energy Automobile Technology Specialty in Higher Vocational College

通过分析新能源汽车产业的现状和人才需求情况,提出了高职新能源汽车技术专业"岗位主导·能力递进"的人才培养模式和基于"六步四结合"的课程教学模式,建立了遵循职业成长规律的专业课程体系。以期为国内同类院校进行新能源汽车技术专业人才培养方案的制定和课程体系的设计提供有益参考。

It analyzes the present situation and the talent demand of new energy automobile industry, puts forward the cultivation mode of ＂Post-orientation, Ability-progression＂, and the curriculum teaching model of ＂Six-step, Four-combination＂ to establish specialty curriculum system to follow the law of growth. It provides a useful reference for the development of new energy automobile technology specialty talent cultivation scheme and the design of the curriculum system for the similar colleges in China.
