摘要 研究600MPa级新型抗震钢筋受力特性与本构模型.通过试验测试得到不同直径的600MPa级新型抗震钢筋的应力-应变全曲线.确定600MPa级新型抗震钢筋的屈服强度、抗拉极限强度、强屈比等强度指标;研究其弹性模量、断后伸长率、最大力总伸长率等变形指标.结果表明:600MPa级新型抗震钢筋具有良好的受力性能,其强度与变形指标均符合中国、美国、欧洲等国内外规范对抗震钢筋的要求.基于试验结果,给出600MPa级新型抗震钢筋拉伸本构关系的数学表达式和特征值.研究成果可为配置600MPa级新型抗震钢筋建筑结构中的设计、理论分析及受力钢筋数值模型的合理建立等提供试验依据. The mechanical properties and constitutive models of 600 MPa seismic steel bar were studied. The complete stress-strain curves of 600 MPa seismic steel bar were obtained. Based on experimental research,strength parameters of 600 MPa seismic steel bar with different diameter,such as yield strength,tensile strength,and the ratio of tensile strength and yield strength were experimentally determined. Meanwhile,deformation parameters of 600 MPa seismic steel bar were also acquired from the test,including modulus of elasticity,percentage elongation after fracture percentage,and percentage total extension at maximum force. These experimental results confirm that 600 MPa seismic steel bars have good mechanical performance,and strength and deformation index such as can meet the requirement of codes of China,USA and Europe.According to experimental data,the mathematical expressions of tensile constitutive relation and eigenvalues for 600 MPa seismic steel bar were proposed. The research results can provide experimental basis for establishing reasonable steel bar model in structural design of building structures with 600 MPa seismic steel bar,theoretical analysis and numerical models.
