Reliability Measures of Complex Electromechanical System and Application Based on Choquet Integral

摘要 为了分析对复杂机电系统可靠性影响程度大的部件进而保障系统安全运行,首先构建复杂机电系统全局拓扑网络模型研究节点的拓扑属性;依据系统可靠性理论,结合故障维修数据计算网络中节点和边的功能属性;综合考虑部件保持功能属性的能力(节点可靠性属性)、部件间耦合作用关系(连接边可靠性属性)以及节点在全局系统中的拓扑地位(节点拓扑属性),提出基于Choquet积分的可靠性测度,包括功能度、功能接近度和功能介数.以CRHX型高速列车转向架系统为例的研究结果表明,所构建的可靠性测度能够从不同的角度辨识出对转向架系统可靠性影响较大的部件,以适应复杂运行工况下对系统可靠性分析关注侧重点不同的需求. In order to analyze components,which have a great influence on system reliability,in the complex electromechanical system and ensure the efficient and safe operation of the system,the holistic topological network,firstly,is constructed to analyze the topological properties of nodes. According to system reliability theory and fault data,functional properties of nodes and edges are calculated. Considering the ability of maintaining the functional properties( reliability attributes of nodes),the coupling relationship among components( reliability attributes of edges) and topological structure of the components in system( topological properties of nodes),reliability measures are proposed based on Choquet integral, such as function degree,functionally oriented closeness and functionally oriented betweenness. Finally,bogie system's reliability of CRHX is illustrated by constructed reliability measures as a case study. The results show that reliability measures based on Choquet integral are able to identify critical components which have a great effect on system reliability in different operating conditions, and accommodate the different demands of system reliability in complex operating condition and uncertainty of environment.
