miRNA影响HIV-1的复制和潜伏及相关治疗进展 被引量:1

miRNA influences over the replication and latency of HIV-1 with its therapy

摘要 微小核糖核酸(miRNA)在细胞内具有重要的转录后调控功能,经由一系列复杂的加工过程形成,并通过RNA沉默复合物调控信使核糖核酸(mRNA)的翻译。miRNA也能够通过调控关键的转录蛋白或直接与Ⅰ型艾滋病病毒(HIV-1)整合的基因结合,从而调控HIV-1的感染。而利用miRNA进行HIV-1治疗也是当下研究的热门课题。文章主要从miRNA的产生及对HIV-1的复制和潜伏的影响和miRNA对HIV-1治疗进展进行了综述。 MicroRNA(miRNA)has very important function in cell post-transcriptional control which consists of multiple complicate procedures.It is controlled by RNA-induced silencing complex(RISC).MiRNA not only regulates pivotal transcription factors but also targets HIV-1 genome to influence the infection.Nowadays,using miRNA to cure HIV-1 in clinic is another important way to research.In this review,we summarize the mechanism of miRNA,and also highlight its influence in HIV-1 replication,latency as well as therapy of HIV-1 pertaining to miRNA.
