Study on Influence Factors of Sieving Efficiency of Vibrating Screen

为探索振动筛筛分效率的影响因素,研究了振动筛结构参数:筛孔直径、筛面倾角、筛面长度,振动筛振动参数:频率、振幅及振动方向角对筛分效率的影响规律,以期为振动筛的优化设计提供理论依据。

In order to explore the influencing factors of sieving efficiency of vibrating screen, the structural parameters of the vibrating screen such as the diameter of the screen, the inclination angle and the length of the screen surface, as well as the vibration parameters like the effects of frequency, amplitude and direction angle of vibration were studied on vibrating efficiency, it was expected to provide a theoretical basis for the optimal design of vibrating screens.
