浅谈柱塞式注液泵在油田注水管线清洗中的应用

针对某油田注水管线内部大量结垢,管线截流严重情况,进行了注水管线采用柱塞式注液泵化学清洗施工。文章从材料和结构等方面阐述了柱塞式注液泵的技术改造,以期对柱塞式注液泵在油田注水管线清洗中的技术改造向行业提供参考。

Aiming at the serious fouling and pipeline closure in a certain oil injection pipeline,a water injection pipeline was used to clean the construction of liquid injection pump （plunger pump）. This paper expounds the technical transformation of the plunger injection pump from the aspects of material and structure,so as to provide reference for the technical transformation of the plunger injection pump in the oilfield water injection pipeline cleaning.
