摘要
节气门作为车辆燃油电子喷射系统控制进气量的一个重要部件,其状态的好坏将直接影响发动机的性能状况。试验以溶剂油和醚类有机溶剂、表面活性剂、增溶剂、去离子水等复配制得的泡沫型节气门清洗剂,进行材料筛选对比分析。结果表明:当表面活性剂用量为7.5%~20%、增溶剂3%~7%和去离子水10%~20%时,制得的清洗剂采用气雾型喷雾清洗效率大于90%,去污力较佳,符合行业标准CAS 161《节气门清洗剂》的各项指标,有良好的应用前景。
The throttle valve is used as an important component of vehicle fuel electronic injection system to control the intake of air. The state of its state will directly affect the performance of the engine. Test with solvent oil and ethers organic solvents,surfactants,solubilizer and deionized water after preparation of bubble type throttle cleaning agent,through the comparison and analysis on materials selection,the results show that: when the surfactant dosage is 7. 5% to 20%,solubilizer,3%to 7%,deionized water,10% to 20%,the type of detergent uses the aerosol spray cleaning efficiency more than 90%,detergency better,in line with the industry standard CAS 161 each index of the throttle cleaning agent,has a good application prospect.
