2016年山东省90份鲜玉米真菌毒素监测结果 被引量:9

Monitoring results of mycotoxin in 90 fresh corns in Shandong in 2016

摘要 目的了解山东省鲜玉米的真菌毒素污染状况。方法 2016年8月在山东省9市采集90份市售鲜玉米样品,采用超高效液相色谱串联质谱仪检测15种真菌毒素。结果黄曲霉毒素B1、B2、G1、G2检出率分别为8.88%(8/90)、4.44%(4/90)、2.22%(2/90)和1.11%(1/90),平均含量分别为0.093、0.033、0.009和0.003μg/kg;伏马毒素B1、B2和B3检出率分别为50.00%(45/90)、21.11%(19/90)和15.56%(14/90),平均含量分别为7.76、4.88和3.91μg/kg;赭曲霉毒素A检出率为25.56%(23/90),平均含量0.32μg/kg;T-2毒素检出率6.67%(6/90),平均含量0.055μg/kg;仅有1份样品赭曲霉毒素A超标,超标率1.11%(1/90)。玉米赤霉烯酮、雪腐镰刀菌烯醇、脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇、3-乙酰脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇、15-乙酰脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇和HT-2毒素均未检出。结论 2016年山东省90份鲜玉米样品整体污染水平不高,伏马毒素检出率最高,样品受多种真菌毒素混合污染。 [Objective]To understand the contamination status of mycotoxin of fresh corns in Shandong Province.[Methods] A total of90 samples of fresh corns were collected from 9 cities in Shandong in August 2016.15 kinds of mycotoxins were detected by ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry.[Results] The detection rates of aflatoxin B1,B2,G1 and G2 were8.88%(8/90),4.44%(4/90),2.22%(2/90) and 1.11%(1/90),the average contents were 0.093,0.033,0.009 and 0.003 μg/kg.The detection rates of fumonisin B1,B2 and B3 were 50.00%(45/90),21.11%(19/90) and 15.56%(14/90),the average contents were 7.76,4.88 and 3.91 μg/kg.The detection rate of ochratoxin A was 25.56%(23/90),and the average content was 0.32 μg/kg.The detection rate of T-2 toxin was 6.67%(6/90),and the average content was 0.055 μg/kg.Only one sample of ochratoxin A exceeded the standard,and the over standard rate was 1.11%(1/90).Zearalenone,nivalenol,deoxynivalenol,3-acetyl deoxynivalenol,15-acetyl deoxynivalenol and HT-2 toxin were not detected.[Conclusion] The overall contamination level of 90 fresh corn samples in Shandong in 2016 is not high,the highest detection rate was fumonisins,and the samples are contaminated with a variety of mycotoxins.
