肝脾γδT细胞淋巴瘤伴副肿瘤综合征一例并文献复习
Hepatosplenic γδT-cell lymphoma with paraneoplastic syndromes： report of one case and review of literature
摘要
目的 探讨肝脾γδT细胞淋巴瘤伴副肿瘤综合征患者的临床表现、病理学特征、免疫表型、治疗及预后。方法 分析1例肝脾γδT细胞淋巴瘤伴副肿瘤综合征患者的临床资料，并复习相关文献。 结果 患者为成年男性，以高热、肝脾大、贫血等发病，诊断为肝脾γδT细胞淋巴瘤，后期治疗过程中出现副肿瘤综合征。结论 肝脾γδT细胞淋巴瘤是较为罕见的外周T细胞淋巴瘤，以肝脾大、发热为主要临床表现，可合并副肿瘤综合征。该疾病进展快，预后差，生存期短，目前尚缺乏有效的治疗方法。
