氟喹诺酮类药物不良反应的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Adverse Reactions of Fluoroquinolones

目的:探讨临床应用氟喹诺酮类药物应用后表现出的不良反应,以对氟喹诺酮类药物应用的合理性做出保证。方法:选择中山大学附属第三医院以及中山大学附属第五医院2016年3月至2017年5月收治的60例应用氟喹诺酮类药物发生不良反应的患者作为研究对象;分析不良反应发生诱因,总结氟喹诺酮类药物合理应用原则。结果:在不良反应发生率方面,年龄>60岁患者高于<60岁患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:选择氟喹诺酮类药物,需要充分掌握药物适应证,充分了解正确的用药方式以及用药剂量,从而提高用药合理性,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective To investigate the adverse reactions of fluoroquinolones after clinical application so as to ensure the rationality of the use of fluoroquinolones. Methods In our hospital from March 2015 to May 2017 were treated 60 cases of adverse reactions in patients with application of fluoroquinolones as experimental objects; analyzes the adverse reaction of fl uoroquinolones inducement, reasonable application principle is summarized. Results in the incidence of adverse events,patients over 60 years of age were significantly higher than those under 60 years of age（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion In selecting fl uoroquinolones, it is necessary to grasp the indications of the drugs, understand the correct drug use methods and dosage, so as to improve the rationality of drug use and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
