《五服年月敕》与天圣《丧葬令》所附《丧服年月》关系考

Reinterpretation of the Relationship between “The Dahir of Five Kinds of Mourning Apparel System” and the “Mourning Years” on the “Funeral Order” of Tiansheng in the Northern Song Dynasty

随着天圣《丧葬令》的公布,《丧葬令》所附《丧服年月》引起学者关注,与此同时,北宋关于五服制度最为重要的敕令《五服年月敕》也重新进入学者的视野。通过对两者内容、形式、文字三方面的比勘,认为《丧服年月》应是在《五服年月敕》基础上的改写本,而非单纯的节略版。吕夷简等人将《五服年月敕》改写为《丧服年月》的目的则是以令文的形式统一五服制度,并且为官员提供简明可行的五服制度操作手册。
