行动者与场域的交往与平衡:2017年度中国高等教育研究者与机构分析

Interaction and Balance between Actors and Fields: An Analysis of Institutes and Researchers' Publications on Chinese Higher Education Research in 2017

摘要 对2017年度高等教育科研论文的统计分析表明,第一作者署名总量变化不大,作者平均发文数量连续3年相似,为1.18篇。高等教育研究的"活跃作者"与"核心活跃作者"发生了一定程度的变化,但从整体看,高等教育研究场域稳定性超越了流动性。就学生主体而言,硕士生、博士生发文总量与2016年持平,博士后发文量大幅上涨。作为机构行动者的总体格局亦发生了变化,高等教育研究核心生态差异性增大。通过分析发现,高等教育研究行动者在场域中的异动正在逐渐减少,行动者与场域的交往呈现一种平衡的状态。 The statistic analysis of Chinese core education journals shows that the total number of researchers scarcely changed in 2017. The average publication is 1.18 per author, similar with 2015 and 2016. The total number of active authors and core active authors has undergone some changes, but overall the stability of higher education research field has surpassed liquidity. Publications of master students and doctoral researchers maintain the same level, but post-doctoral students published much more in 2017. The overall pattern of institutional actors has also changed, and the core ecological diversity of higher education research has increased. Through analysis, it is found that the changes in the field of higher education research actors are gradually reduced, and the stability in the field is more prominent.
