摘要
寨卡病毒属于黄病毒科黄病毒属,主要通过伊蚊属传播。越来越多研究表明寨卡病毒感染与胎儿的小头畸型症和成人的格林巴利综合征紧密相关,但目前尚无有效的疫苗或FDA已批准的药物。新近研究表明,小分子抑制剂可通过多种机制抑制寨卡病毒。虚拟筛选技术、老药新用等思路有望为抗寨卡病毒药物的研发带来新突破。本文就目前寨卡病毒抑制剂的研究进展进行综述,旨在为发现新型高效寨卡病毒抑制剂提供依据及思路。
The Zika virus(ZIKV)is a flavivirus of the flaviviridae family.It can be transmitted through biten by Aedes mosquitoes.Increasing numbers of studies showed that infection with the ZIKV is closely related to microcephaly in infants born to ZIKV-infected mothers,and to Guillain-Barrésyndrome in adults.No available vaccine or therapy can prevent or treat ZIKV infection.Recent studies have shown that small-molecule inhibitors can inhibit ZIKV activity through various mechanisms.Virtual screening technology and drug repurposing are expected to bring new breakthroughs to the development of antiZIKV drugs.This review summarizes the current research progress on ZIKV inhibitors.We aim to provide evidence and ideas for the discovery of novel and efficient ZIKV inhibitors.
